Digital Marketing Manager - The Digital Marketing Manager's job is to promote the business and services of the AFC Urgent Care brand by making sure that the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective business-to-business customers and patients. 

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field 
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with online marketing, all social media platforms, and social media strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Proficient in social media platform analytics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Healthcare Industry experience, a plus 
  • Retail experience, a plus

Pay and Benefits:

Schedules & Location:

  • Full-time, ~40 hrs/week
  • Traditional business hours Monday - Friday (with occasional evenings and weekends for events)
  • Traditional office setting in Hillsboro, OR

 

What We Need: We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to promote the AFC Urgent Care Portland brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our diverse digital marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding Digital Marketing Manager will be someone whose whole expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability. 

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing programs from start to finish
  • Expertise in electronic marketing automation software such as Google analytics, Facebook analytics, and others
  • Knowledge of best practices in digital advertising and content promotion
  • Social media strategy and execution
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Superb leadership, written & verbal communication, and collaborative abilities
  • Ensures project/department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budget
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
  • Increasing brand awareness and community's knowledge of available services
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with different departments in the organization
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Managing the marketing department staff
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
  • Promoting our brand at industry-related events
  • Role model for employee engagement in company functions and drive culture
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing stategies, channels, and branding while keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to analyze budgets and trends
  • Adhere to franchise guidelines
  • Overseeing the execution of corporate newsletters and communication
  • Experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge of media buying
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure, managing deadlines and keeping projects on track
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to use Google suite (Google Docs & Google Sheets)
