Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Healthcare track (pre-med, pre-PA, pre-nursing, etc..) is required, OR previous experience as a Medical Scribe. 

Pay and Benefits:

• $15.00 - $18.00 / hour depending on years of experience
• Plus generous employee profit-sharing bonuses paid quarterly

Schedules:

• Full-time. ~36 hours/week
• Location flexibility is a must

What We Need: We are seeking an energetic, driven, and team-oriented Medical Scribes with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities that can document in real-time. A sense of urgency while maintaining calm and collected is important in the facilitation of smooth and efficient workflows.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: The duties will be performed in accordance with policy and procedure. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Capture accurate and detailed documentation for medical visits and procedures as directed by providers
• Document in real-time demonstrating a typing speed of 60+ WPM 
• Contribute to smooth and efficient clinic workflows
• Assist in organizing and performing chart preparation
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, recognition of the importance of patient privacy
• Assist with operations as needed by the provider
